At Fiesta Bites, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, since all our products are perishable, we are unable to accept returns unless there is a product defect or error on our part.

Eligibility for Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless:

  • The product is damaged or defective.
  • We sent you the wrong item.

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to initiate the return process.

Return Process

To initiate a return due to a defect or error, please follow these steps:

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all items are considered non-returnable unless they meet the criteria for damaged or incorrect goods.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect items), we will cover the return shipping costs. If the return is due to customer preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping.
